Wellness One Day Surgery Center has direct billing facility with all major medical insurance providers. Depending on your insurance plan, you may have full, partial, or no coverage for certain treatments or conditions. Some, or all medical consultations, tests, treatment, and medication may require pre-approval and authorization from your insurance provider. This will be communicated to you by our insurance administration team. Expenses that fall out of coverage with your insurance will have to be settled in cash, credit card payment.
For insurance providers not on direct billing with us, you may reach out to your medical insurance provider for planned treatment. Our team shall assist you in furnishing necessary documentation for your medical expense reimbursement from your medical insurance provider.
