Dr. Khaled Esam Fawaz works as a Consultant Urologist at Wellness Day Surgery Center. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University in 1990, obtained his Master’s degree in Urology in 1995, and earned his Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the same specialty in 2003.
Dr. Fawaz holds a consultant license from the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. He is an active member of the International Continence Society, the European Association of Urology, and the Egyptian Urological Association.
Dr. Fawaz has more than three decades of clinical, surgical, and academic experience in both the UAE and Egypt. He served as the Lead Consultant for Endoscopic Surgery and Urinary Stone Management at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital in Abu Dhabi for 16 years, during which he performed a large number of advanced open and endoscopic surgeries.
He also held academic positions at Ain Shams University in Egypt, progressing from Assistant Lecturer to Associate Professor of Urology. He trained postgraduate students, supervised academic theses, and performed numerous complex surgical procedures.
He completed his residency and training at Ain Shams University Hospital, gaining extensive experience in adult and pediatric urological surgery.
