Triage (patient prioritization and categorization according to medical and management needs, such as illness/injury, severity/complexity, prognosis and resource availability and referral to specialized care as indicated by case) 
∙Diagnosis and management of primary care and 
chronic condition management within 
specialties including : 
oDermatology 
oENT 
oEndocrinology 
oGeneral Medicine 
oInternal medicine 
oObstetrics & Gynecology 
oOrthopedics 
oPediatrics 
oPhysiotherapy  
oUrology 
oGeneral Surgery 
oAnesthesia 
 
∙Request LAB / (POCT) and/or radiology investigation 
∙Referral where applicable and relevant to specialized care 
∙Follow up care and  Scheduling of appointments as appropriate 
∙Prescriptions and medication management refill prescription and order your medication and arrange pick up medications from our pharmacies. 
∙Second opinions
