Dr. Mohamed Siam is a highly experienced Consultant General Surgeon with over 35 years of clinical expertise in general and laparoscopic surgery, trauma care, and acute surgical emergencies. He joins Wellness One Day Surgery Center, bringing a wealth of international experience and a long-standing commitment to surgical excellence.
Dr. Siam earned his MBBCh (1985) and Master’s Degree in General Surgery (1989, with honors) from Cairo University, Egypt. He later obtained the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), Glasgow, UK (1997), and further advanced his expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery (2007) from Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Siam has held senior surgical roles in leading hospitals across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, in addition to gaining valuable international exposure in the UK, Germany, France, and Sweden. He has extensive experience managing both elective and emergency surgical cases, and has also participated in humanitarian surgical missions in conflict zones worldwide.
Dr. Siam is widely recognized for his clinical precision, leadership, and patient-centered approach. He is also deeply committed to medical education, having mentored medical students, interns, and surgical residents, and served as an external examiner for medical schools.
